training for the Lead Renovator

GEBCO Associates
is pleased to announce that we are now able to offer the Lead
Renovator training course in English and Spanish. This course
complies with EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule
effective April 22, 2008. In April of 2010, all contractors
performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb
lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built
before 1978 must be EPA certified. These classes are listed on
our regular course schedule. Other
courses may be scheduled from time to time. Please let us know if you
have specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

GEBCO RELOCATION

GEBCO Associates
moved to a new location effective July 2, 2007. The move takes
us to the very center of the DFW metroplex and gives us more space.
The new address is 4690 Diplomacy Road, Suite 120,
Fort Worth, Texas 76155. Fortunately, we were able to retain
our previous phone and fax numbers.
We look forward
to continuing to provide the high quality environmental training
courses that our students have come to expect. We anticipate
that the new location will be even more conveniently located for a
greater number of our students and hopefully add to your comfort
while you are with us.

Asbestos License fee increase

The Texas
Legislature approved a fee increase for all asbestos licenses which
became effective on February 1, 2006. A link to the proposed
rule change is on the home page of the DSHS Asbestos Programs
Branch.
The fee increases
must be sent with all license renewal applications beginning
