(1) physical characteristics of asbestos and ACBM; (2) potential health effects related to asbestos exposure; (3) relevant federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; (4) general rules for removal of resilient floor covering; (5) alternatives to removal of existing resilient floor coverings; (6) removal of resilient sheet flooring; (7) removal of resilient tile; (8) removal of residual adhesive; (9) complete removal of wood underlayment; (10) course review.
